Tara Anglican School for Girls offers a number of scholarships to students who can demonstrate co-curricular achievements and strong academic performance. For the music scholarship, the student must excel in music performance. Scholarships are also offered to assist families with limited financial resources. In keeping with Tara’s tradition of inclusion and recognition of outstanding individuals, we are proud to offer a number of scholarships to cover part or full tuition or boarding fees to girls in both our Junior and Senior Schools.
“Tara offers scholarships to students that demonstrate excellence, combined with a high degree of personal commitment and involvement in a range of activities. Students benefit from scholarships because their particular interest and abilities are recognised and valued and are given the opportunity to flourish. Our school and other students also gain from the contribution made by these students to our community. For parents it can be an opportunity to ensure their daughter can be part of a school where Christian values are foundational, the learning culture is one committed to the pursuit of excellence and their daughter will be enveloped in the schools culture of affirmation, service to others, opportunity and integrity."
Mrs Susan Middlebrook
Principal of Tara Anglican School for Girls

As you would understand the scholarship process is very competitive and our capacity to offer scholarship places is far less than the number of applicants. We hope you have received your letter which was recently sent out to you. All families who made applications for scholarships have been notified and included in the letter we advise families on wait lists and possible next steps in the process. If additional scholarships become available, we will contact our wait listed students regarding this opportunity.
